The Calendar Wizard Window is too big for my display

Some users with smaller displays have found an issue with window for the calendar wizard being larger vertically than their display can show. A workaround to this issue is to removed unused holiday files from the holidays folder. This works because the script automatically populates the list of holiday sets in the window based upon the files found in that folder, therefore, by removing some of them the list becomes shorter and the windows takes up less vertical space.
