ICal to Holiday File Converter

The present conversion is designed to accept the contents of an iCal file where the events inside have a start time and end time on the same day. The output will be in the form:

   2-1-2016:6:00am - 7:00am Aerobics
   2-1-2016:7:00am - 9:30am Breakfast

In order for recurring events to be included, there is a need for a start and end date. Recurring events will only be included if they are between the start and end date. Non-recurring dates will always be included even if they are outside the Start and End Date.
